| I am absolutely terrible with directions, luckily I wasn't the one in charge of the map, but it felt like over the course of the day, we walked in a big circle. This also represents the feeling that a big city like Chicago can feel like its own little universe. |
This sketch was inspired by a sculpture of a cow outside of the Cultural Center. I love drawing animals, and I think cows have very sweet, innocent faces.
I started this one in Chicago but then finished it back at MSU. We walked through a section of the AIC that displayed a ton of sculptures of Hindu deities. I especially liked the ones of Ganesha, the elephant headed god.
